I call my waiting list before animals are offered to new owners. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to hold any animal. If after 60 days the balance is not paid in full, the animal is then placed back on sales list, and deposit is retained. No refunds or credit is given in these cases. No animal that has a balance due will be taken from property unless agreement is reached between both parties. All animals will remain on sales list until payment is received in full. I accept Paypal
